The Shire is required to engage the community in accordance with Local Planning Policy 1.4 – Public Consultation for Planning Matters (LPP1.4).

Any feedback or comments on the proposed development will be considered as part of the assessment.
Who will make the final decision on this application?
The determination of applications for development approval will be made in accordance with Delegated Authority 12.1.1. This would either see the development presented to Council or determined by Officers, as per the requirements of the Delegated Authority.
