The Shire has received a development application for an ‘Animal Establishment’ (Dog Kennel) at Lot 1034, 122 River Road, Hopeland. The application proposes to keep and train up to 23 greyhound dogs and includes the construction of a kennel (approximately 200m2) and an exercise track.
