Draft SJ Library Services Strategic Roadmap 2025 – 2030

Background:

This is the first strategic roadmap for library services in the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale. Importantly, it will provide a framework for future directions and recognition of the library service and the contribution it makes to the community.

The Serpentine Jarrahdale Library Services Strategic Roadmap 2025 – 2030 integrates global public library trends, best practice and establishes vision and direction to develop contemporary library services for the people who live and work in Serpentine Jarrahdale. With population growth expected to continue to grow over the next five years, library services must adapt and evolve to meet the changing needs of the community.
