Council adopted revised Local Planning Policy 4.5: Temporary Accommodation at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 15 November 2021.

Revised Local Planning Policy 4.5 will be required to be presented to Council for final adoption after the community consultation process has concluded. Any submissions received as part of this process will be presented to Council for consideration as part of this process.

The Shire is seeking to ensure revised Local Planning Policy 4.5: Temporary Accommodation meets the needs of the community. Importantly that it provides for a flexible and contemporary Policy which provides clear guidance on temporary accommodation proposals.
