Proposed Scheme Amendment No.4 to the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Local Planning Scheme No.3 – Lot 483 (No.2622), South Western Highway, Serpentine – Proposed Rezoning.

The purpose of this advertisement is to consider the proposed scheme amendment proposal for Lot 483 (No. 2622), South Western Highway, Serpentine, requesting a rezone of the lot from ‘Rural’ to ‘Rural Residential RR-1’.

The proposed amendment will provide the opportunity to develop the site for rural residential development establishing a minimum lot size of 1ha in accordance with the development requirements set in the Local Planning Scheme No.3.
