Doley Road Precinct Local Structure Plan Amendment No.2

This consultation has now closed.

The Shire would like to invite your comment on a proposal to amend the approved Local Structure Plan (LSP) for the Doley Road Precinct. A Local Structure Plan generally sets out how land is proposed to be developed; identifying roads, residential land, commercial land and parks.

The LSP Amendment proposes the following modifications to the approved LSP;

• The modification of the shape and design of the Public Open Space (POS) within Lot 32 Doley Road, Byford.
• A reduction in the amount of POS within Lot 32 Doley Road, Byford from 1.62ha to 1.02ha.
• Modifications to the road network within Lot 32 Doley Road, Byford.
• Modifications to the densities and distribution of residential lots within Lot 32 Doley Road, Byford.
