Background

The Shire has received an application for additions to the existing Park Home Park (Serpentine Falls Park Home and Tourist Village) at the corner of South Western Highway and Falls Road. The application proposes the establishment of 40 new park home sites, a temporary sales office, lawn bowls area landscaping and visitor parking bays.

The applicant has provided a full suite of documents including a Transport Impact Statement, Waste Treatment Report, Waste Management Plan, Bushfire Management Plan and Acoustic Report.
