Background
The Shire has received a development application for which comments are sought for a Child Minding Centre (615m2) at Lot 57 Briggs Road, Byford.
The application details two stages of the development, the first being based on the existing road network and includes a full movement access to Briggs Road.
Stage 2 is based on the "ultimate" road network as per the Structure Plan and details a full movement crossover to the future eastern access road and an exit only crossover onto Indigo Parkway.
The Child Minding Centre would accommodate up to 104 children with approximately 18 staff. The Centre would operate from 6.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
