The Shire is seeking your feedback on the proposed Structure Plan over Lot 33, 681 Hopkinson Road, Cardup.

A Structure Plan generally sets out how land is proposed to be developed, identifying roads, residential land, commercial land and parks.

The Structure Plan proposes the following:

• An estimated 1,100 - 1,300 residential dwellings
• 0.9ha of land designated as a Local Centre site
• 9.6ha of land designated as Public Open Space
• A primary school and a secondary school site
