Background

The Shire has received a development application to amend four conditions on an approved Extractive Industry at Lot 4 King Road, Oldbury.

The application seeks approval to amend conditions relating to the:

• Excavation area;
• Excavation Period;
• Payment towards road deterioration; and
• Groundwater Separation
