Outcome

At its August meeting, the development application for Automotive Vehicle Repair Shop and Three Light Industrial/Warehouse Units at Lot 128 South Western Highway, Byford, was approved subject to conditions.

Background

Council, at its ordinary council meeting of 19 July 2021, approved a development application for the following:

• One Automotive Repairs (897m²)
• Six Warehouses (between 114m² and 452m² each)
• Five Light Industries (between 88m² and 97m² each)
• Two Showrooms (286m² and 298m²)

The current application seeks to replace the development formally approved over Lot 2 (automotive repair shop and a warehouse unit) with an automotive repair shop and three light industrial/warehouse units as shown on the plans listed in the "Documents" section of this web page.
