Background
The Shire received an application to extend the timeframe for which the development of an approved Service Station is required to be commenced.
The Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) replaced the Shire as the determining authority, however the Shire provided a recommendation to the JDAP.
The proposal sought to extend this timeframe until 31 December 2024 to allow for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Thomas Road and Nicholson Road.
