Development application for Proposed Gym, Office, Consulting Rooms, Shop, Café and Child Minding Centre

Background

The Shire has received a development application for a proposed Child Minding Centre at Lot 29, 38 Paterson Street, Mundijong.

The proposed building is two storeys, with an overall floor area of 475m2, designed to provide care and early education for up to 64 Children by up to 12 staff.

The Child Minding Centre is proposed to operate from 6.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
