Outcome

Background:

The proposed development entails the construction of four new buildings at Lot 128 South Western Highway, Byford, including associated car parking (80 bays) and landscaping.

The buildings have a combined floor area of 3,070m2 and comprise 15 units, including one Automotive Repair unit, six Warehouse units, five Light Industry units and two Showrooms.
