The Shire invites comments on a proposed Local Structure Plan (LSP) for Mundijong Precincts E1 & E2. A Local Structure Plan generally sets out how land is proposed to be developed; identifying roads, residential land, commercial land and parks.
The Mundijong Precincts E1 & E2 Local Structure Plan proposes the following:
• 1,900 estimated residential dwellings
• 12.05ha of Public Open Space
• A primary school site
