Background:
The Shire has received a development application for a proposed 3 x Commercial Tenancies at the above site shown following:
The application seeks approval for three separate tenancies. The roof be structural steel framing with metal deck cladding, all hidden behind parapets of the front façade. Each tenancy will have its own entry doors, as well as personal access doors and a roller door for delivery of floor stock for the retail tenants. The front facades will include windows, feature cladding, awnings and signage panels. The building floor area will be 1733.89m² with a plot ratio of 43.74%. The majority of the floor area will be shop floor, with some incidental storage and amenities as required for staff amenities and the storage of back of house goods.
