The Shire has received a development application for 24 proposed grouped dwellings at the site shown below.

The application seeks approval for:

• Survey-Strata lot ranges between 148sqm to 329sqm.
• Single Storey with hipped roof built form.
• Rendered walls with featured face brick, and Colorbond roofing materiality.

10 x different housing types, of which 3 types have mirrored floorplans
