The Shire has received a development application for a proposed Chocolate Factory and Holiday Chalets at the above site shown within the development plans:

The application seeks approval for a chocolate factory incorporating a café, display and service area, and children’s playground. It is proposed to operate Monday – Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The proposal also seeks approval for 20 chalets to be used for short stay accommodation.
