Background

The Shire has received a development application for which comments are sought for a commercial development comprising, a Service Station, two Fast Food Outlets, Motor Vehicle Repair and Motor Vehicle Wash at Lot 104 (3) Larsen Road, Byford.

The proposed floor areas for the different land uses are as follows:

Access to the site is proposed to be from Larsen Road, George Street and the existing crossover on South Western Highway. The proposed development provides 78 car parking bays across the site, and two Pylon signs adjacent to South Western Highway.
