Omnibus Amendment – Scheme Amendment No.3 to Local Planning Scheme No. 3

Background:

The Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale has resolved to proceed to advertise the above mentioned omnibus local planning scheme amendment for the purpose of correcting minor administrative errors, to ensure consistency with another provision of the local planning scheme, as well as an amendment relating to a zone that is consistent with the objectives identified in the scheme for that zone.
