Why do we need a Strategic Roadmap for the library?
A Strategic Roadmap is essential for a library to define its mission, vision, and long-term goals. It guides decision-making, resource allocation, and development of our programs and services. This is especially important over the next decade as the Shire experiences unprecedented growth as we need to ensure the library is meeting the needs of our community and can adapt to changing circumstances.

Feedback can be provided at one of the pop up events at the library, by filling in a quick survey or by providing feedback on the YourSay SJ page.
