Background
The Shire has received a development application for which comments are sought for proposed ‘Health Studio’ and ‘Shop’ land uses.
The proposal comprises of two single storey buildings with a combined floor area of 1,592.45m2 to include three tenancies as follows:
Tenancy 1 – Health Studio (970.45m2)
Tenancy 2 – Swim School (406.98m2)
Tenancy 3 – Shop (205m2)
The proposal includes the provision of 78 car parking bays with the construction of two new crossovers onto Hay Road. The Health Studio (tenancy 1) would operate 24 hours a day.
